Yuneisa was really easy to work with - exchanged messages on Facebook initially, then on WhatsApp. She was professional and accommodating. Yuma Massage provided five massage therapists to come to our casa for a total of 9 massages. Therapists are well trained. My massage was as good as I've had in recent memory. The lead therapist spoke fluent English. Our group had been touring all day and returned home to find the five therapists, with tables, waiting on us....there was no confusion on time, location, etc. It was really well executed, and they were really easy to work with. I give them my highest recommendation!!

Yuma Massage in Havana, Cuba exceeded all expectations! Yuneisa and her entire team were extremely professional, helpful and welcoming from the initial contact to the actual in person meeting for the massage. We traveled to Cuba for the 1st time to celebrate my best friend’s birthday on June 8th. My surprise gift to her was a massage. Yuma massage helped with the birthday surprise from beginning to end. Yuneisa and her team went above and beyond to not only make my best friend feel special on her birthday, but also myself and an additional guest felt special as well! 3 massages were arranged to be executed at the same time at a private location overlooking the ocean. It was breathtaking. Yuma Massage deserves a 10 out of 10 rating! 1.Round trip transportation was arranged from our Airbnb (price included in the package). 2.It was a hot day but the set-up was well covered and we were offered cold beverages to keep us cool. 3.Yuma Massage took great care to ensure we were all comfortable with our paired masseuses as well as our desired pressure levels. 4.Yunesia went out of her way to surprise my friend with a birthday cake, ice cream and candles (I was blown away by this thoughtful gesture!). The cake was spectacular. 5.To top it off, I had various internet connection issues that caused transaction issues and Yunesia was extremely kind and patient to work with me until everything was resolved. I cannot say enough great things about this company and Yuneisa’s superb management. If you are in Havana, please DO NOT HESITATE to get a massage or 2 or 3 from Yuma Massage! We plan on returning to Cuba with every intention to experience Yuma Massage yet again.
I rolled into Havana with some serious discomfort and was worried my trip would be ruined. I scheduled a couple sessions in my residence with Letitia, who was intuitive, strong, kind, knowledgeable, and relentless! I couldn't believe how much better I felt.
I also booked a "day at the beach" activity with them, which included transpo, lunch, games, tons of great conversation, and a four hand massage. One of the best days of my entire trip!
These guys do business the right way and I am hoping for the best for them - very highly recommended!
